Most people in this world go through difficult times in their life where they feel the need to give up and quit, or have been doubted when trying to reach a goal and didn’t achieve it at that moment.

In these times, SlowGrind helped me rise above. SlowGrind is a mindset, it’s a lifestyle that you live by. I use “SlowGrind” because it holds weight to me and a lot of people in our everyday lives. SlowGrind stands for “staying focused on the ultimate goal because sometimes the process doesn’t come fast, it takes time.” The turtle logo plays a big part in the representation of SlowGrind. Ever heard of the story of the rabbit and the turtle? Well the turtle won the race. The turtle represents focusing on the ultimate goal no matter how long or how slow it takes him to get there. The turtle has to go through many different obstacles and adversities but at the same time, remains focused on the ultimate goal.

As humans, we have to go through many different obstacles and adversities where some things don’t work out for us as we planned for them to. In these moments we sometimes have to choose another route, not give up! We must always stay focused on that ultimate goal because we will achieve it.
